WEST HARTFORD, CT – Legrand\u00ae announced several strategic leadership updates within its Electrical Wiring Systems (EWS) division of Legrand, North and Central America (LNCA). E\ufb00ective immediately, these updates include the creation of a new senior leadership role within the EWS sales organization, as well as several moves at the leadership level for the business\u2019 four product lines (Cablo\ufb01l, Connectrac, Pass & Seymour, Wiremold). With the broader intention of building signi\ufb01cantly upon the business\u2019 notable growth in recent years, the updates aim to leverage the skills and expertise of existing EWS leaders by repositioning them in new or expanded roles.<\/p>\n

One new way is the transition of Scott Bausch to the freshly created role of Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Revenue Operations. For the past three years, Bausch has been serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Pass & Seymour line, overseeing signi\ufb01cant growth within Legrand\u2019s wiring device business as well as helping to revitalize its innovation pipeline.<\/p>\n

John Ho\ufb00man, Executive Vice President of Sales and Demand Creation for
\nEWS, is delighted to now be bringing Bausch back to the sales side of the division. \u201cIn his 20 years with Legrand, not only has Scott led three of our four EWS product lines, but he has also held past positions in sales leadership, in marketing and more. This has equipped Scott with a unique and invaluable history with our products and brands. Not to mention a
\nplethora of long-standing relationships with our customers. Scott is the absolute ideal candidate for this new role \u2013 nobody could know our businesses, our markets or our partners within the Electrical Distribution channel better.\u201d<\/p>\n

As Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Revenue Operations, Bausch will provide deeply focused support for Legrand\u2019s most active distribution partners. He will also collaborate heavily across functions within EWS to ensure the customer base has the optimal o\ufb00ering, resources and programs to go to market, and succeed, in the evolving electrical device and systems industry.<\/p>\n

In conjunction with Scott Bausch\u2019s move, Pung Chan will now be taking on
\nleadership of Pass & Seymour as the line\u2019s new Vice President and General Manager (VP\/GM). Chan has been leading the Wiremold line for Legrand since 2021, and quickly took on oversight of the Connectrac line as well. During this tenure she has overseen sales growth and retention of industry leadership in key categories, as well as signi\ufb01cant collaboration between the lines to promote total solutions for wire and cable management in commercial spaces. She will now be building on these successes and applying her 20 years of overall experience to drive additional growth and innovation at Pass & Seymour, serving both commercial and residential sectors.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Zac Bridgeman, current Vice President and General Manager
\n(VP\/GM) for Legrand\u2019s Cablo\ufb01l line, will now have oversight of the Wiremold and Connectrac product lines as well. Since joining Legrand in 2017, Bridgeman has guided the Cablo\ufb01l team to unprecedented growth and established Legrand as a leading supplier of overhead systems, driving continuous improvements for reliability, productivity and performance, particularly in service to the still expanding data center market.<\/p>\n

Also, as rapid growth in that market continues, Kevin Major will be stepping up to support Bridgeman as General Manager (GM) for the Cablo\ufb01l line. Major has been Legrand\u2019s resident expert and sales lead for Data Centers in supporting the electrical distribution channel. Major will pull from this relevant background, as well as the strategy development and innovation deployment experience gained through his 16 years with Legrand, as he takes on his \ufb01rst GM role within the organization.<\/p>\n
