Most notably, he was the CFO at Topaz Lighting Corp., where he reengineered all<br \/>\naspects of finance and accounting, implemented a robust business intelligence system, and<br \/>\nhelped drive business process and organizational improvements that supported the company in<br \/>\ntripling its sales during his eight-year tenure. In 2021, Paul led the successful sale of Topaz to<br \/>\nSouthwire.
