In this new role, Jordan will oversee product<br>development activities to deliver world-class products and solutions for the company.<br>     &#8220;We welcome Mike to the RTI team and look forward to his vision and leadership,&#8221; said<br>Roberts. &#8220;Not only does Mike bring a history of success in the channel, but he shares our deep<br>commitment to the commercial and residential integrators who install our products. We look<br>forward to his leadership as we develop and execute the road map that builds our control and<br>automation footprint worldwide.&#8221;<br>     With over 12 years of leadership in the industry, Jordan is widely known for leading<br>innovation with successful product teams. For the past five years, he was the Senior Vice<br>President of Products at Snap One, including leadership of the Control4 product line. Prior to<br>Snap One, he held a similar role at Core Brands, where he worked with Roberts, who was<br>president of the company at the time.<br>     &#8220;I look forward to working with Joe again as well as with our founder and CTO, Kevin<br>Marty, and the entire RTI team to develop unique solutions focused on solving our integrator and<br>distributor partners&#8217; needs in all our global markets,&#8221; said Jordan. &#8220;We are well-positioned with<br>our current hardware and software products to create substantial opportunities across all<br>verticals.
