The event was held in the Cannery Pier Hotel in Astoria, Oregon, on August 12th and 13th, on the Columbia River and raised over $235,000 for the non-profit association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chief Warrant Officer\u2019s Association (CWOA) represents and supports over 2,500 active, reserve and retired United States Coast Guard warrant and chief warrant officers and their families. The Pacific Northwest Chapter and its members patrol the coasts and protect Oregon\u2019s trans-Pacific subsea cables, a critical element for data centers. That is why Rosendin was the event\u2019s sponsor for the fourth consecutive year, donating $50,000 to benefit the association. This year\u2019s donation brings Rosendin\u2019s contributions to nearly $150,000 since 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSTACK proudly supports the selfless and dedicated work of the U.S. Coast Guard. Each year, STACK gathers industry partners to thank these brave individuals for their contributions through generous donations and outdoor adventure,\u201d said Brian Cox, STACK Infrastructure\u2019s CEO. \u201cSTACK and the data center sector rely on the protection and ever vigilant eye of the U.S. Coast Guard to the mission-critical trans-Pacific subsea cable system. The Heroes of the Sea Salmon Derby is our way of showing appreciation for the tireless work of the U.S. Coast Guard.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe at Rosendin value STACK\u2019s invitation to join forces and give back to the U.S. Coast Guard,\u201d said Brett Strohlein, Rosendin\u2019s NW Region Mission Critical Market Lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, the Heroes of the Sea Salmon Derby had 16 boats and, along with Rosendin, sponsors included Holder Construction, Gibson, Apollo, Thorne, KHS&amp;S Contractors, Southland, Modius, Caterpillar, IES Communications, and many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the highlights of the event was the August 12th Charity Dinner at the Cannery Pier\u2019s Red Building, where countless donations were collected for the CWOA.
