This pay-rate increase applies to all existing and future U.S.-based employees, benefiting more than 2,000 employees and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAs a 100% employee-owned corporation in the U.S., caring for our team members has always been at the core of our culture.
