At the top of that list is Rosendin, the nation\u2019s largest employee-owned electrical contracting company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020, Rosendin expanded training at its Tempe office and sponsored three emerging leaders to participate in the Arizona Builders Alliance\u2019s (ABA) 2020 Leadership programs. This month, Chad Constance, Jason Karseboom, and Andrew Speer graduated from the ABA\u2019s management education programs designed to prepare them for advanced leadership roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>These young, emerging leaders were celebrated, along with all of this year\u2019s graduates, during the ABA&#8217;s 27th Annual Leadership Lunch, held December 10th at the Camelback Inn and Resort in Scottsdale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Chad Constance, a Project Executive from Gilbert, graduated from the ABA\u2019s Leadership Development Forum, an intense year-long program focused on management skills, leadership, and public speaking. He began his career working as a general contractor and electrical contractor while getting his degree from Arizona State University for construction management. He\u2019s worked on landmark projects at the Sky Harbor Int\u2019l Airport and Northern Arizona University, and was named to Engineering News Record\u2019s 2020 class of Top Young Professionals in the Southwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jason Karseboom and Andrew Speer graduated from the ABA\u2019s Emerging Leaders Forum. This 6-month education program develops engaged craft workers by teaching leadership, emotional intelligence, communication skills, team building and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Karseboom is a Senior Project Manager from Tempe who graduated from Arizona State University in 2012 with a degree in architectural design. He first joined Rosendin\u2019s BIM Department, developing a document management platform and customizing Prolog databases. After two years, Karseboom transitioned to construction management where he now leads teams that build mission critical data centers, semi-conductor facilities, and other large-scale projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Speer is a Project Manager leading the team that is building the new 5-story Veterans Affairs Health Clinic in Phoenix. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2014 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and soon after joined Rosendin as a database developer. Speer quickly developed new skills to transition into management overseeing electrical construction and budgets for multiple data center projects across the Southwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRosendin is so proud of all the hard work and long hours displayed by Chad Constance, Jason Karseboom, and Andrew Speer. We are fortunate to have them on our team doing great work and inspiring others to give their best every day,\u201d said Ben Mlinar, Rosendin Project Executive. Mlinar graduated from the ABA\u2019s Leadership Development Forum in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI can say from experience that the ABA program is top notch in helping young leaders develop career building skills and gain a deeper understanding of the industry to create meaningful impact within their companies,\u201d added Mlinar. \u201cLeadership programs, like those offered by the ABA and Rosendin, also provide excellent opportunities to share knowledge with peers and develop mentoring relationships.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For more than 100 years, Rosendin has created a welcoming work environment focused on building people and communities.
