In his new role, Hughes will continue to oversee construction operations as well as strategic planning and new lines of business.&nbsp; Hughes has been an integral part of CSE\u2019s VDC\/BIM department, prefabrication and UCSE, CSE\u2019s new university that provides education and training to all its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pavey started as a project manager in 2018 and has a history of successful commercial and industrial electrical projects. In his new role as senior project manager, Pavey is responsible for participation in design-build projects, developing budgets and cost estimates, value engineering activities, and all aspects of project management from initiation to project close out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are so proud of both Robert and Andrew and all their hard work at CSE,\u201d Stephanie Maderazzo Hughes, CEO of CSE. \u201cEach of them has proven that they are a great asset to our team and can handle more in their professions.
