located in Santa Fe Springs, CA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Description:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ISR is a customer facing position; communicating with our clients daily via telephone, email and the Microsoft TEAMs platform.&nbsp; The ISR is a critical component of the ESPEN \u201ccustomer experience.\u201d&nbsp; Our customers are primarily electrical\/lighting distributors and contractors.&nbsp; The ISR coordinates their selling efforts with our outside sales team consisting of Regional VP\u2019s and authorized sales agents.&nbsp; Internally, the ISR must clearly communicate customer requirements with our internal operations team (credit, engineering and logistics).&nbsp; This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales &amp; Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Must possess a positive and confident \u201ccan-do\u201d attitude.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.<\/li><li>Previous sales experience in the lighting\/electrical industry is preferred.<\/li><li>Must be able to flourish in a small office\/staff environment.<\/li><li>Must be able to multi-task and perform routine duties quickly and accurately.<\/li><li>Familiarity with SAP, CRM, and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT and TEAMS).<\/li><li>BA\/BS, college\/university degree is a plus.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide customers and agents with price, product availability and order status.<\/li><li>Work with the Quotations department to provide quotes to customers.<\/li><li>Provide specification sheets, technical reports, marketing materials and samples.<\/li><li>Review customer PO\u2019s prior to processing; verify pricing and terms and conditions.<\/li><li>Communicate with customer regarding any discrepancies in pricing and\/or T\u2019s &amp; C\u2019s.<\/li><li>Process customer PO\u2019s accurately and efficiently.<\/li><li>Adhere to and clearly communicate ESPEN T\u2019s &amp; C\u2019s and Sales Policies.<\/li><li>Process RGA requests; gather support documents, complete &amp; submit forms to RGA Dept.<\/li><li>Assist RVP in responding to customer requests and inquiries.<\/li><li>Generate and distribute monthly sales reports to RVP\u2019s and assigned agents.<\/li><li>Input sales leads\/opportunities and log activity in Salesforce.com (CRM).<\/li><li>Help set-up and \u201con-board\u201d new accounts and sales agents.<\/li><li>Resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to ESPEN policies and procedures.<\/li><li>Make outbound sales calls to customers and prospects to engage and develop sales.<\/li><li>Assist with year-end inventory count.<\/li><li>Assist RVP and Purchasing Dept. by helping to forecast future product requirements.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
