The team of 17 riders, called Rosendin Riders, collectively raised more than $21,500 to become one of the top-performing fundraising teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHaving done business in the Bay area for more than 100 years now, it has always been important to Rosendin to identify opportunities to support the local community,\u201d said John Reece, team leader for Rosendin Riders and Sr. Project Manager with Rosendin. \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to be able to participate in Bike MS again this year to support research funding to cure MS and support those living with MS.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of nearly 150 teams, the Rosendin Riders placed 20th for raising the most funds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Bike MS is the largest fundraising bike series in the world. Each year, nearly 75,000 cyclists and more than 6,000 teams ride together to change the world for people with MS. The National MS Society is the largest private funder of MS research in the world, investing more than $1 billion to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBeing an employee-owned company means that we care about the people who work at Rosendin as well as the people in the communities we serve,\u201d said Paolo Degrassi, Vice President at Rosendin. \u201cI applaud the Rosendin Riders for their incredible fundraising achievement and their dedication to such a meaningful cause.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The year 2019 marks 100 years in business for Rosendin, the electrical contracting industry\u2019s largest employee-owned firm.
