SullStar Technologies designs unique patented tools and connectors for the datacom and telecom markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>For over 20 years, SullStar Technologies has been partnering with NSi Industries\u2019 Platinum Tools division, which NSi acquired earlier this year, for the distribution and sales of its products. SullStar\u2019s patented specialty electrical products include crimp tools, punchdown tools, and connectors and has over 60 patents worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSullStar is the inventor of numerous global patents in and around the low-voltage tools and connectors space,\u201d said G. R. Schrotenboer, chief executive officer, NSi Industries. \u201cThis acquisition ties together the sales and development of two businesses into one, further strengthening our leadership position in the low-voltage market.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the overall acquisition, NSi will gain ownership and work on maintaining and enforcing SullStar\u2019s current patents. SullStar\u2019s patented product portfolio consists of high-value items that feature unique characteristics to better meet professional low voltage installers\u2019 needs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis acquisition allows a long-standing partnership to come together, bringing tremendous value to Platinum Tools and the market,\u201d said Rob Sullivan, owner, SullStar Technologies. \u201cNSi is an industry leader with tremendous resources and reach.
