Chris Bjorkman, currently the Director of Market Development, Canada, will serve as the new Central RVP upon Mark\u2019s departure. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Serafino began his career in the electrical industry in 1980 and joined OmniCable in 1987. Serafino served in his current role as Central RVP since 2014 and prior to that held several positions, including Outside Sales and St. Louis Regional Manager. \u201cMy years with OmniCable allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. The company has a one-of-a-kind culture that encourages you to be creative and implement new ideas while you grow in your job,\u201d said Serafino. \u201cI will miss all the people at OmniCable, our customers, and vendors who motivated and inspired me to grow as a salesman and manager.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>During his 30 plus years with OmniCable, Serafino was an integral component of the growth and success of the company and played key roles in many aspects of the business operation. \u201cFrom the day he stepped through the door, Mark was willing and expertly able to assume increasing levels of responsibility and authority while helping shape the culture and philosophies that drive the company today,\u201d said Jeff Siegfried, OmniCable\u2019s CEO &amp; Chairman. \u201cA natural leader and a true champion of the people that work with him, Mark personifies OmniCable\u2019s spirit and heart,\u201d he added.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Once retired, Serafino, who resides in St. Louis, Missouri, will continue to coach individuals in public speaking and presentation.
