Designed for easy installation, the M2 does not require a housing unit; it is outfitted with a prewired junction box that includes a quick connect to the LED fixture.<\/p>\n<p>The M2 is IC- and air-tight rated for remodel and new construction applications and an optional new construction frame-in plate is available.\u00a0 The downlight has a deep 2.5\u201d regression while the gimbal trim offers a maximum adjustability of 25\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>M2 delivers 400lm (6W) or 650lm (8W) and is offered in 2700K or 3000K at 90+CRI. Die-cast aluminum trims can be specified in matte black or matte powder white finish, along with an optional black or haze reflector for the downlight.<\/p>\n<p>The M2 junction box includes four knockouts; snap-on cover; and quick-connects with 12\u201d connector length. \u00a0Two tension steel spring clips quickly and easily secure the luminaire to ceilings.<\/p>\n<p>Optional accessories include quick connect extension cables in 4\u2019 and 10\u2019 lengths and new construction frame-in kits.
