SAN BRUNO, CA \u2013 GREEN CREATIVE is pleased to announce its acquisition by\u00a0Harbour Group<\/a>, a privately owned, operations focused company based in St. Louis, Missouri.\u00a0 GREEN CREATIVE Co-founders, Cole Zucker and Guillaume Vidal, will continue their key leadership roles in the business.\u00a0 GREEN CREATIVE will join alongside\u00a0ILP Holdings Corporation<\/a>, a Florida based manufacturer of commercial, industrial and outdoor lighting, to expand Harbour Group\u2019s participation in the lighting industry.<\/p>\n

Since its founding in 2010, GREEN CREATIVE has served the North American commercial lighting market with an industry-leading product offering of LED lamps and LED luminaires. With its headquarters in Silicon Valley, CA and R&D center in Shanghai, the company\u2019s LED lighting solutions\u00a0have been widely adopted by some of the largest companies in the world. Anchored by strong integrated R&D capabilities and patented technology, GREEN CREATIVE innovation, performance and reliability have been recognized year after year by the Illuminating Engineering Society Progress Report, the LEDs Magazine\u00a0Sapphire Awards<\/a>,\u00a0Edison Report<\/a>,\u00a0Lighting For Tomorrow<\/a>, NAILD and more.<\/p>\n
